Basingstoke Gang show was established just over 25 years ago in 1982. I joined the Gang in 1983 when I was just 13 years old and cannot believe how time has flown by. As with my colleagues in the production team I too loved being one of the Gang and continued to perform until 2000.

At the age of 18 I joined the production team as a choreographer and then an assistant producer. In 2002 I was honoured to be asked to become the Producer of the show and since then have enjoyed the challenges and laughs being the Producer has brought!

My scouting commitments have remained an important part of my life and my current role as a 'Creative Skills Instructor' for the district has presented me with some interesting opportunities, including being an assistant director for the Festival of Scouting celebrations at the 02 arena in November 07.

I can honestly say that I have made my best and strongest friendships through Basingstoke Gang Show; I have had many laughs and some fantastic stage experiences and now take pleasure in seeing the cast enjoy the same Gang Show experiences that I have.
